Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Higher education or graduate
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Solid computer skills
• Very good interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment
• Communicative

• Goal oriented

Responsibilities:

• Contact with external clients to explain accountancy issues
• Correspondence with franchisees
• Verifying and acquiring data from People Soft system
• Debt collection
• Monitoring information flow and responding to clients queries within set deadlines
